Established in 1972, Demetriou Associates’ diverse portfolio comprises corporate, retail, hospitality, residential, refurbishment, academic, civic and mixed-use projects.

The firm has studied and completed more than 2000 projects in its 53 years of service and has undertaken the design, supervision and management of a variety of projects of more than Euro460 million.

Clients include mainly the private sector, various government departments, public and private organizations, and reputable developers.

Our office setup allows us to maintain rigorous control over each project’s conception, development and construction while affording our clients the wealth of experience we have obtained over five decades of practice, with a team of architects and engineers, active in every stage of the design process, from concept to construction.
